Who should be staff?

Well at the moment Seed says that we need to find a better staff so I think this would work well:

Admins: Laura
             Seed
             Lara

Mods: Nick (Anonymous)
           Jacoby (Tacoman)
           Rick (imrealrick)

That is just my personal opinion and i don't mean to offend anybody who may disagree. I just want to know what everyone else thinks.

ermm , not being rude , and trying to be as nice and sincere as possible but i doubt AGS really cares what anyone thinks the staff should be , because he hand picks them all on his own judgement , not the judgement of others.

Im sure your views will be taken into consideration.
But a working server (with a live community) really has a bout 4:9 Ratio admins:moderators. Though we do have a very small community and growing I think maybe we need to see a few more moderators atm (: x
Plus i miss seeing a moderator sign in chat
EDIT: Jalbno - Jack does consider what staff think would work and be best, even for staff. (as long as its not biased) and other unbiased views from common players as well could be beneficial.

I have been mod on about 9 server.
Admin on about 4.
So yea it wouldnt be anything to me

And yea noah everyones views need to be overlooked...

But my biggest concern is getting rid of the abusive staff members
We got rid of james.. Tbh i didnt wamt him banned i just wanted him demoted :S
Same with hobbs :S, just my opinion.

I didn't intend it to get Ags to look at it i just want to see whatever anyone would want for a nice staff, why not instead of criticizing it you write what you would rather have?

The only issue is, there's staff members that play when you're not on Mage. There's Real PK, whose an Admin and I think there's another Moderator, if not, i'm the only one! *Head Moderator YAY*

Changing the staff up would be silly at the moment, I just say wait for them to slip up or give up and wait for people to be promoted.

P.S I don't think anyone will be replacing James.

I would of included "Mage you up", "Snowy" and "rick" and some others, but now they hate me i dont know whether i should say my say :L

Anyway, me as admin.. i know you guys hate me, but it's up to AGS what he wants, Seed you were harsh for IPING ME!
i cant even play and communicate to my friends? it's like your blocking me away from everyone i find that very disturbing :L

And i think the community will be friendly..
Honestly i think sm4shed is a good staff possibilty.. And i wouldnt mind..

But nex / miguel would ruin the server and not do his job. Cuz thats the way he is.

No James i do not hate you, in face im trying to get you un iped, and maybe main account un banned, you slipped up once and maybe that was too harsh, over all the majority of it was my fault, if anything i should be the one banned.

In all honesty, we don't need any more staff. The admins are just more powerful moderators and there seems to be one of us staff members on 95% of the time.
