its funny that few people really realise what ive done for this server . I've given 3 and a half months of blood and sweat trying to make this server a bettter place ans someone like you whos been here just as long doesnt even see it ? And the fact that you actually come back after you were banned from everything , obviously that means we dont want you back and youve made a mistake you cant take back.

Well, getting back on topic here. I think that the staff members should be older, do you realize that only the young ones mess up? I'd say Ags and Angel should find out how old they are before promoting to staff. I say the youngest would be like 15-16. And that is just border lining it.

Basically, you dont start off with some newie kid who doesnt even know where the hell the AngelScape Champion is. Also, age doesnt matter. For one, Ive seen 10 year olds more mature than a frickin 30 year old. Same goes for ive seen 21 year olds act like 9 year olds. Its all about maturity, responsibility, trust, among a few other key concepts. Also, you need maybe 2 Admins, a Owner and Co Owner, and then MAYBE 3-4 Moderators. Too many, and the probability of having.. "Defective staff", as you will, is a lot higher. Plus, too many and the community will get confused. The hierarchy of Staff isnt so much as Owner, Co-Owner, Administrator, and then Moderator. Its more like you have the Owner, Co Owner, and blah blah, and then within those groups you have the "Senority" hierarchy, wherein the more senior usually has more authority over the others of the same rank... or something along those lines.. Anyway, I dont like the idea of this thread, since it DOES promote a hateful discussion..

what seed is trying to say is that , in the group of moderators ,your gunna have players thinking that there are mods with more power than other , and instead of have groupe A: moderators

youll have group A: new mods B: experienced mods and theyll be fighting with eachother.
