After i logged in it did this, then i couldnt do anything from there..

first of all , i must say , that the forums log-in is pretty messed up , if u get your pas or use r wrong , you have to log-in several times again , for it to work . second of all , it says your already logged in. third , it saays "administration log-in." i dont think that the normal log in.
