Ags Help Me Now

Ags I Get Reset I was Playing In the Game And I GEt Colection Lost And when open i get level 3 and i was level 124 and i lose all my items Ags Help Me now i need to get my items back :'( :'(

its true i was with him then 5 mins later all got a dc and when i went to home i saw him on lvl 3 and i asked wtf u got reset he had good stuff hope u help him ags :)
