I've forget quest name,  but it's a sword that hits 500-900s with special on rs ... but main thing u need 99 magic for great specs.

its from the quest called the void stares back. i did it and since i only have 84 mage in rs my specs are alright but its very accurate and alot of people want it just because u can do epic pjing or rushes with it. look it up on youtube and ull see its very accurate.
