Vip question

ok ... lets say i get 200 post count before i get 1980 total skill... when i get 200 post count and become vip , im pretty sure i get a choice of a 99 right ? well if i chose runecrafting (my lowest ; lvl 60) and lets say i had lvl 1970 total skill before that , getting my choice of 99 would put me past lvl 1980 , i heard you got 3 misc packages when u get 1980 skill ... so would i get 200 post count 1980+ total skill , VIP , and 3misc packages?

1980 total lvl, and 20 posts, but now i got over 100 posts and still 1984 total lol, i love the forums (: x

i never got my free 99 either but hey i got like 1990 total sooo im good p.s. i got my vip from back in they day when you needed like 1500 haha
