Random blue thing

Hey does anybody else here keep getting this blue screen thing that pops up on forums about smf or summin like that, b'cus it's really annoying. When ever i go to reply to a subject it pops up saying the servers have too many posts or w/e.

Its because so many users are posting and on SMF all over the world at that time, just wait a little while and should go away. :D
