Cant Log in

I cant log in on my account, everytime I try it says"Account logged in..wait 60 sec.." and when I try to get on a different account, I get on then "lose connection" while screen is black. Is this just me or is server down?

Owner could be updating,or downloading some things
Not sure why this happens but it's not for that long
