Items that are lost for whatever reason.

From 24/1/2011 me and AGS will no longer be giving items back that have been lost due to whatever reason you give, this is because some people may find that it can be a chance to gain items they haven't previously had and just try and gain "rare items". Also the process of having to find proof that you have lost you items can be long and often stressful as players can become short tempered and could lead to you being muted, banned or permentantly banned from the server. With this notice i hope some players will be more careful with items that they have happened to of lost for any number of reasons.

I hope you can see the point in this as it takes ages to help people to gain items.

So if you ask for your items back the answer will always be...

this is a good idea, since many people could take advantage of your...hospitality? and use it to gain advantage over other players

There really can't be much proof unless you take a screeny when you are in the middle of a trade, and even then, pic editing tools can do the job quite easily, so.. I agree with Angel.

this is true , and you have reason not to give back lost items , i miself have lost a zamorak hilt just last night because of rollback when server went down or was updating or whatever , but  i have no proof that this indeed did happen , players on the server should read this.

Agree with jalbno,, i lost a few things due to rollback but that just motivated me to go back and try and get them again.. I believe if you lose it then you dont deserve to get it handed right back to you,, you should have to earn it!
