AGS Where are you???

OK for the past like 3 or 4 days now i've been waiting for ags to come online so i cant get my reward 2 and my V.I.P status. does anyone know where he is because this is becoming quite a **** off when u know ur a V.I.P but u cant get it becuz hes not online :(
