The only issue is, there's staff members that play when you're not on Mage. There's Real PK, whose an Admin and I think there's another Moderator, if not, i'm the only one! *Head Moderator YAY* :D

Changing the staff up would be silly at the moment, I just say wait for them to slip up or give up and wait for people to be promoted.

P.S I don't think anyone will be replacing James.
