No, sorry there isnt. Im not sure if Ags is working on one or not currently, though Im pretty sure hes not, since before he just said "stfu and dl client or dont play.." or along those lines. At least im sure he implied that o.o.

RuneScape is a webclient, technically. Like you click a link on the site and it takes you to a page, just like if you were to download a client. Its for people who cant dl the client for whatever reasons or if their computer is uber slow it lets them play.
