New Range Cape

Ive noticed that we have a cape for magic(water cape) a cape for melee(dragon) from VIP shop, yet no cape for range? I feel that this is unbalanced. Mike agreed with meh on this too :D. It would have same stats as dragon and water but for range ^^.
