My Sinsear Apologies

Around the last 2 weeks, my account (Real Pk) has been under the control of my brother, he took advantage of mod, i didnt know he new my password but he clearly did. i have been away for 2 week with work in edinbrough, now i got my brother to start playing this server while i was gone, but on a new account -.- im guessing he used my account as he found out my password because it was our previous runescape accounts password. i do apologise for everything and would be most happy to return peoples items, also i want to thow out there what my brother has told me a list of people he killed but firstly here are some people that helped him and also took items:

Snowy - only lost rune
xsunnyx 484 - lost dealthly slayer cape and some other stuff he cannot remember.

BUT... you have NO proof of your brother taking over your account , you have no proof! Next time someone does something  worth a blackmark , they can just say , "my bro found my pass and played it while i was gone for the week" .  And i dont really think there is  a way for you to prove your bro was on your account , so we would have to take your word for it , and im not too willing to do that , becaause a couple of my friends were killed by you or your "brother" .

yes yes i see where your coming from, but when i was on my accoutn before did i act like the way he did? was i kind? did i help people?, why would i do that to the server when i played it to help people and pk for fun? you seen my risks, i risked everyhting most of the time... you dont need to belive me, but i was in edinbrought from the 1st march 2011, till today. 12th march 2011, i was there on buisness. i arrived back early hours of the morning at 2:15am, i hit the sack at 2:30 am and woke up to find i was banned, so i came on the website and seen loads of pictures, yet i wasnt here. you dont have to take my word for it but ino you know that i wouldnt do that. if i had the items or new were they was i would return them to the owners. now you dont really have to belive me, put i emplore you. i did not do this i wouldnt do it. you people know me, you know i wouldnt do this. if you really need my works number to have this proven i shall give it to you, (ags) in a pm, i dont want work getting spammed with phones calls from everyone on the server. yet once again i am going to say im sorry for what has happend in the event of my absense, if i could go back and alter time i would. as i would change my password. all i ask is that i get unbanned, idc about mod tbh. i thought i was a good mod all in all, just my BROTHER ruind that, he's only 12 he aint mature. he dont no right from wrong, i ask you forgiveness thankyou all for your support and i hope to hear from you soon, if i do get unbanned, please let me know!

Why didnt you tell anyone you were leaving for two weeks? As a staff member you shouldnt just leave and not tell anyone, especially for a long period of time, because no one knows. If you had told us you left then maybe we would have believed you.

ok this is interesting hes 12 so he doesn't know right form wrong... hmmm I'm trying not to freak out because think about this does he stick his fingers in light sockets? does he turn on the stove and touch the burners? does he lick the blades of knives? no? well then he knows right form wrong that's no excuse and like seed said you have to give people a warning or heads up that your leaving so people know. but that doesn't matter because i don't believe you at all because i have screen shots of you saying the server was resetting in 4 days so that gave you the right to do whatever you wanted and you didn't care. so uhm no i don't believe you you don't have my support this paragraph you wrote basically proves your lieing. because what kind of 12 year old doesn't know right from wrong? if he doesn't know right from wrong then he wont last long in this world when hes 18 -.-

He made me feel bad, i feel like i lost my entire bank there plus he tele me while i was trying to buy purple partyhat from a person name skiller something.. last night, hopefully i get back my item's. plaese help me!!!!

The only reason I was helping your "brother" which I didn't even help I just stood there, was to earn back his trust and try get my items back that he took from me, Which was over 5b. & at the time I was level 3 so I didn't help..
And like people are saying, you should of giving heads up on you leaving, and which mod leaves for 2 weeks ( I believe) without telling anyone. And your information your brother was giving was quite accurate, so to be honest I think it was actually the real YOU. But I know you pretty well, and you I sort of did think you wouldn't do something like that.
