The way to get a god sword is you go to the portal at home that's near the slayer master and you enter and choose the god you want to go to and there is a chest there the only way to open it is by getting 20 kill count. The things that are in there is money, god sword hilt, god sword shards, god swords blades, bandos/armadyl armour, and it is a great way to make money. I wish you good luck when you go in god wars.
