New Forums Rule

I think that their should be a rule on forums about posts that you must have at least 5 words or 15 characters per post since im seeing alot of spam like "good idea' or "lol" or "nice post" etc etc...i think this should be against the rules since its exactly the same as just posting 100 dots on one topic right after another...its just spam and people are doing it without regard for the topic itself to get post count up.
