In my opinion The Dragon mace should have two specials, And should be able to actually hit atleast 40.
Also with the Dragon Halberd should take up 75% of special, And should be able to hold the ability to atleast hit an 45-10.

D mace special isnt weak, it just depends on what your fighting :o. But I think it should just stay the same for both :P
