Well, im sorry but you wont get the phats back most likely seeing as its impossible to have proof that you had one, since you could have easily just lost it at a monster, sold it, or have it on a different account somewhere and trying to scam the staff into giving you another one. Sorry. And yes, there was someone who spawned a bunch of items, he had used a cheat client and had hacked the server. he has long been banned though.
