..I hate that song...Must.Cleanse.Ears.Of.Horrible.Music.And.Lyrics.. WE STARE AT BROKEN CLOCKS...THE HANDS DONT TURN..ANYMORE THE DAYS TURN INTO NIGHT EMPTY HEARTS AND EMPTY PLACES I WATCHED IT EAT YOU UPPP PIECES FALLING ON THE FLOOR. WE STARE AT BROKEN CLOCKS, THE HANDS DONT TURN ANYMORE. *SCREEEAAAMMINNGGG* Have that song practically memorized, and did a report on it as well. Suicide Season by Bring Me the Horizon..simply <3. And its a really tragic song..Its about how the lead singer (perhaps irl too) watched a friends lover/husband die (possibly commit suicide since the name) and how he had to watch as the friend died inside, withdrew from the world and became an empty shell. The "we stare at broken clocks, the hands dont turn anymore" is clearly saying that they dont notice the passage of time since their friend has died. Towards the end of the song, a repeated line is "If only sorrow could build a staircase, our tears could show the way, i would climb my way to heaven, and bring him home again" showing that they are both feeling great sorrow and that if he could, he would do anything to get the deceased one back so "I could back the friend that I once knew" showing also that the friend has become a completely different person.. Heh, I should do this for a living. Also, every song has a meaning. Like that crappy "Black and yellow" song is about a black and yellow camaro, possibly referencing to Bumblebee in the transformers movies ^_^.
