i think he meant , everyone can vote for who is admin and mod , but that wouldnt work , you wouldnt know if theyre worthy of that rank , a group of people who play the server are a bunch of jerks that no one likes , but everyone in that group votes for their leader , thre arent enough other members on the server to vote for someone else , and someone completely unworthy of that title has just been given admin status. think of it.
