I have never had this, yet I believe that it isnt true paralysis, its just an illusion that your brain is creating, seeing hwo you are still able to move your body but your brain is blocking access to it, like how some people when they get frightened they "cant" move because their fear "freezes" them in place. They still have the capability of movement, just their brain is creating the illusion that they cant. And about the T.V, thats with anything during sleep. Like me, my dreams are influenced mostly by people talking and watching T.V when I sleep since I sleep on the couch in my living room. Same thing if you were listening to your Ipod or Mp3 player while sleeping since your brain is most active while asleep. And your brain does remember those things, just its subconscious and you dont realize it ^^. Sorry if I got off topic >.>. And I have heard of sleep paralysis
naw you didnt get off topic and no you cannot move your body at all in sleep paralysis only your eyes and breathing thats it nothing else you have no control over everything else plus you dont always see or hear things sometimes it just happens and you just end up falling back to sleep without being scared seeing and hearing things isnt real common but it happens ive never heard anything but ive seen things only twice. its a real interesting thing to experience if you dont see or hear anything.
