hey everyone , the other day while i was training my magic and went on to do high alchemy i realised that it wouldnt work on most items such as arrows,bolts,runes and noted items, i attempted it a few times but it still wouldnt work and would only cast it on un-noted manta ray which made training magic longer and harder, it wouldnt work were ever i tried it such as home or the skilling teleport and when i was casting the spell i dont known if anybody else has had this problem but it wont let me high alch
